"The hotel is very well organised temperatures taken on arrival hand sanitiser displayed all around the reception area and the main entrance to the restaurant clear signs about wearing face coverings were displayed as I work for the NHS this was very good to see."

the double room offered ample space! i particularly appreciated the clean sheets and the comfortable bed. breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. the helpful staff ensured my stay was smooth and enjoyable.

Solid stay, was so great!
superb location helpful staff
The hotel boasts a superb location. I found the staff helpful. They assisted with bus routes to nearby towns. I appreciated being close to transport links, it made exploring so easy! The hotel definitely provides good access to local amenities.
The decor looked a bit tired. Some updating would make the place sparkle even more.

The Double Room had plentiful towels plus tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. The bed was quite comfortable and sizable. the room met my needs well and was clean.

The location is very central. It made access to many points of interest simple. Staff was very helpful upon my request to change rooms. They also offered drinks vouchers to me..
The building smelled damp upon arrival. I noticed a need for updates throughout the hotel. The main bedroom door also did not lock properly.

Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement
questionable stains dated furniture
The cleanliness left MUCH to be desired. There were questionable stains on the carpet and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. Quite disappointing. The room also felt dated and tired. The furniture showed significant wear and the overall ambiance was lackluster. The noise at night was also a HUGE issue. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway.
